Heart rate 140 bpm; regular rhythm

Respiratory rate: 45 breaths/minute and mildly increased effort

Reggie

Reggie’s mitral valve murmur has increased to a grade 4/6 and he has harsh lung sounds

Reggie was diagnosed with asymptomatic MVD and cardiomegaly 18 months ago. As his RRR has been over 35 bpm recently and he has harsh lung sounds, Reggie may be developing congestive heart failure (CHF).
